PAYMENT

  • Payment made through GANK, PayPal (USD) and TNG eWallet/Local Bank (MYR) for Malaysia/local only.

    GANK 

  • Client can made payment as a donation through GANK. They are non-refundable.​

    PAYPAL Invoice (USD)

  • For PayPal (USD), Invoice will be sent after client approved the rough sketch (WIP sketch)
    OR full payment before the rough sketch.
     

  • Payment needs to be sent within 10 days. If it is failed, your commission will be cancelled and I will move on to the next client.
     

  • I will start working after I receive the payment.

    TNG eWallet (MYR)

  • After I sent you my QR code, you can download or screenshot it. Follow the step by step below :
     

  1. Done download the photo of my QR code I sent.

  2. Open your TNG eWallet

  3. Click "Scan"

  4. Click the button "Scan From Gallery" on the bottom.

  5. Choose the photo of my QR code

  6. It will bring you there.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

  • You may cancel the commission during rough sketch.
     

  • No refund after the rough sketch is confirmed / start working on commission.
     

  • Client are not allowed to use commissioned sketch after cancelled/refunded.

THE PROCESS

  1. When you DM me, please send me with full references art (illustrated only) or send me with use Commission Form. It is okay to doodling as reference. (It would helped me so much)
     

  2. During rough sketch, if I made mistakes, you are allowed to edit and please point it out
    so I will fix it.
     

  3. Please make sure you are satisfied with rough sketch, then full payment so I will start working on commission.
     

  4. Send you the WIPs for review Revision Maximum : 3 (Adding/Fixing expression, colors, & details)
     

  5. It will be completed between 1 week to 1 month depends on the slots of the clients.
     

  6. After finished the commission, I will send via Email. (JPG & PNG) / (.MP4 & .GIF for animation only)
     

COPYRIGHT & PERMISSION

  • As the artist (me), full rights to the artworks.
     

  • Any blockchain-related technology including NFT, AI , cryptocurrency are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
     

  • All commissions are for PERSONAL USE/NON-COMMERICAL USE only.
     

  • For Commercial Work, we will discussed at DM or Email.
     

  • Client must NOT edit, trace, distribute, modify, make merchandise & claim the finished artwork as their own.
     

  • Must credit me (Gino Kiriko / @ginokiriko) on any social media.
     

  • I have the rights to publish the finished artwork on my platform & use it in my portfolio UNLESS you ask me.
